Bruno Freitas was born on January 29th, 1986. Born and raised in the United States of America. He is a Portuguese American

Since childhood, Bruno has been captivated by music. His parents are both musicians, so he was introduced to music at a very young age. His father Arnaldo plays the accordion and his mother Gabriela is a singer. As a child, Bruno would spend hours listening to music and playing on a small toy piano trying to figure out simple melodies and songs by ear. A few years later, his older sister Debbie got an acoustic guitar. After seeing the guitar, Bruno was instantly hooked. He used to "steal" it from her when she wasn't around. Debbie showed him a few chords, and Bruno practiced and practiced.

In his early years Bruno began jamming with friends, playing in church, and later he joined his first rock band. Playing with more experienced musicians, he learned a lot during this period. He also began writing his own music.

Bruno later joined another band, and had his first experience in a professional recording studio. This session sparked a love for the recording studio.

Bruno continued writing and performing. He also got involved with the local rock and blues scene, and gained a lot of experience at the many late-night jam sessions. Later, He began forming his very own rock bands, and playing countless gigs at bars , clubs, festivals, theaters, and parties, and doing a bit more recording. During this time period, he opened up for bands such as BulletBoys and L.A. Guns.

Bruno's love for writing and recording music led him to build a home recording studio. There he learned how to produce, arrange, engineer, mix, and master his very own music. In 2021 he released his debut album "Bruno Freitas". Then in 2024 he released his second album "Bruno Freitas II".
